Getting my sleeping pattern back on track, for some reason I'm going to sleep early then wake up in the middle of the night and not going back to sleep until it's time to get up. Which is throwing my dietary intake off, because since I'm up my body and or mind feel like it's breakfast time and I want to eat, I need sleep and to lose more pounds so this isn't the proper direction for things to be going. Always something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use to be on Spark People and they had these groups (200-ville, 190-ville, etc.) that you could join and it was a big motivator for me to lose weigh in 10 pound increments. There's not a lot of action now in those groups but I still do this mentally.
