    I had to take this today. I literally got a black eye on my walk to the gym. I got there and was a little afraid to work out. I did some light pause squats and feel woozy so went home. So much for my first workout of the new year.

    As you can see, I tucked the phone under my chin, then leaned back and started pushing. Good thing I didn't go heavier. I might have dropped one on my phone!!!
