2016 fitness program?

I started a barbell, strength training program called the Texas Method (four day split version, not doing the olympic lifts). I want to see how much stronger I can get while going on a very slow cut.0

I started back into the Swing program. Kettlebells. Nice quick workout. I'm sure I'll have to add something to the mix. Anyone have good results from the couch25k?0
