    I am skeptical of this being 'true.'

    However, I did have a full blown phone conversation with someone after I had taken one (the call woke me) and believed the next day I had dreamt it.

    I cannot take the stuff, being a hypnotic drug, it causes me to do bad things to myself. (or did, I've not taken it in over 10 years)
