    Jan 11 - 55 mins on the treadmill, 12 mins on elliptical
    Jan 12 - 60 min body pump class, 30 mins on treadmill
    Jan 13 - 30 mins on elliptical, 24 mins treadmill, 21 mins AMT
    Jan 14 - 60 min body pump class, 36 mins on treadmill

    I have been drinking at least 12 cups of water a day.

    I keep forgetting to come in here and log my hard work. But...I'm still going hard - 18 days straight now! And finally starting to feel better. Keep up the great work everyone!

    Day 11 3 miles of walking rest day for squat challenge. I have been drinking 9 - 11 glass of water per day and not eating really junk food. Keeping in my calorie intake for the every day.

    January 10 - 35 min: Elliptical; 45 min:Yoga
    January 11- 40 min: Elliptical; 45 min: Body Flow
    January 12: 45min: Body Pump
    January 13 (B-Day Workout!) - 60 min: Elliptical
    January 14 - 45 min: Zumba
    January - 15 & 16: Rest

    Water Intake: 80-96 oz of water a day

    I'm in....but no way am I drinking 317 glasses of water a day...lol that's half my weight I try to get a gallon or two a day.

    Mon 1/11 - High Intensity Workouts/Chest, Back & Arms Workout - 60 mins
    Tue 1/12- High Intensity Workouts/Energize Cardio/Chisel Abs - 60 mins
    Wed 1/13 - Cardio HIIt Workout/Butt, Thighs, Abs
    Thurs 1/14 -30 minute Full-Body Workout (Popsugar)
    Fri 1/15 - 40 minute Metabolism Boosting (PopSugar)
    Sat 1/16 - High Intensity Workouts/Full Body Workout - 50 mins

    Daily water intake: 108 oz

    Living in Saigon - I'm in! Off to a good start today with cardio (45min) and upper body strengthening. :-)

    Week 2. Because of your work, I did more.

    Mon. 1/11-treadmill 40 min, exercise bike 20 min, jump rope 2 min.
    Tue. 1/12- treadmill 30min, exercise bike 20 min, jump rope 2 min.
    Wed. 1/13- Swimming 27 laps, 60 min.
    Thur. 1/14- Treadmill 47 min, exercise bike 15 min, jump rope 2 min.
    Fri. 1/15- rest
    Sat. 1/16- treadmill 40 min.
    Sun. 1/17- yoga 30 min.

    Water on most days 90 oz. I have increased my water intake tremendously and it has helped.
