They all have good points, bad points. I used my Ipod in the very beginning and I also used a little one that attached to my shoe. The point is it gets you moving and gives, at best, an estimate of your steps. The little one for my shoe was about $15.00 from Walmart. It did steps, active minutes, miles, and estimated calorie burn and could input my weight/height and stride. It was great. It was also just simply called 'activity tracker.'0 -

I just want to say I am so glad I took a part of this challenge. I really thought I wasn't going to make my goal but I did! I had to walk 5.26 miles on the treadmill today and I knew I was not going to give up!
