I've set myself a goal to hit 40 hours in the gym for January, here we go!

1st Jan: Oh my, what a headache - no gym for me today, not a good start to the year!
2nd Jan: 1 hour body pump and 1 hour spinning
3rd Jan: 1 hour spinning and 1 hour circuits.

Total for January and for 2016 so far: 4 hours.

4th Jan: Late finish at work so became my rest day after I missed gym session.
5th Jan: 1 hour spinning plus 1 hour circuits
6th Jan: 1 hour total body conditioning plus 1 hour spinning
7th Jan: 1 hour circuits.
Total gym time for January so far: 9 hours.

Jan 8th: Drink with girls after work so no gym time today
Jan 9th: 1 hour body pump and 1 hour spin

Total for Jan so far: 11 hours.

Jan 10th: 1 hour spinning plus 1 hour circuits
