I have been known to use the disability stall in the bathroom and get a few squats in before I head back to my desk and nobody has to see me do them.

My goal is to lose weight, I am making sure to eat healthy while at work, I basically am looking for suggestions of how to add a bit more exercise into my working day

You have 3 days off, exercise on those days. Start small, try going for a 15 minute walk after work or during your lunch. But YOU have to MAKE the time for exercise.

I use this daily. Today, so far, 3 hours while working. Just make sure it has magnetic resistance.

I also work a desk job. I keep a set of dumbbells next to my desk. When I'm not typing I take a couple of minutes and use my dumbbells. I get a 30min lunch. I walk a 10 to 12 min mile and then take lunch or a snack to my desk for the other 15 min. I do another 10 to 12 min mile after work. There are ways to work fitness in if you really want to. The key is you have to want to.
