    It's easy to correlate sweating with weight loss or calories burned. Just because someone runs for an hour on a hot day and sweats buckets doesn't mean they've burned more calories than the same person running an hour in the cold. Same burn, just more (or less) sweaty.

    if you can't offer up blind, unconditional support, I think you're in the wrong place...this place is all about support regardless of how ridiculous something may be.
