    Yeah I get those cramps too, if i make the tea too strong, like 3-4 teabags steeped for 20 minutes strong.

    I made an awesome Mushroom & Barley soup the other day and have been eating some every night for dinner. I guess it is the barley that is working wonders in the morning.

    I try to get 35g of fiber a day! I use a fiber supplement (Benefiber Shape Up) every morning and find that berries (especially raspberries) help. Also...if you shop at Trader Joe's there are these muffins they sell called "Apple cranberry mini fiber cakes" or blueberry cakes----they have13g of fiber and only 80 calories each!

    Drinking wine and having frozen pizza for dinner after doing a second session of 25 minutes on exercise bike. I really hope this works. At least it doesn't hurt yet. I don't want to get in the habit of taking laxatives even though i have some miralax on hand.
