Ok it is Wednesday, 6/30/10 - time for Double Challenge - double your water, double your exercise and double the will power to stay in control.
I started with this last week - someone else started the post and I just followed along. I think it is a good tool to focus on for the middle of the week. So lets' do this together - I wish you all success!0 -
