Whats in your Gym bag?

The only thing odd I usually have in my gym bag is either an angry birds or darth Vader towel for my shower. More often than not when I'm packing my bag I end up grabbing one of these from my sons pile.0

I prefer sweating all over something that isn't my house or carpet. Shampooing my carpet is a pain and salt is bad for the hardwood floors.

I don't go to a traditional gym, but a small studio once a week. I use one of those reusable grocery bags, and I keep leg warmers, dance footies, Prince handgrip and tite grip, water bottles, notebook and pen to write down routine notes and things to practice before my next private lesson. The rest of the week, I workout at home.0

I tend to switch between an actual gym bag and a ruck, but typically in it is:
Gym clothes (sports bra, top, pants, socks, maybe a jacket if it's chilly)
a baseball hat
Shoes (running shoes, lifting shoes, flipflops)
MP3 player
Phone armband
Headphones
a container of BCAA's
a container of preworkout I never use
Towel
toiletries
Lifting gloves (just in case)
a notebook to record my workout
Water bottle
Headlamp
bobby pins. A LOT of them
