    I changed my privacy settings to everyone, but it still shows the lock icon by my name. Not sure what is going on.

    LOL... I think I figured it out. It doesn't go back and show the steps that you had on the Vivosmart before you start the Connect account. I have like 55,000 steps so far this week, but it only shows the 167 that I have taken this morning. Weird.
