Mix wet and dry separately, and then combine:
1 scoop protein powder
12g pb2
one packet of sweetener (optional, to taste)
14g coconut flour
7g mini chocolate chips (to taste)
30g pumpkin pure
45g cashew milk
Mash it all together... it will be sticky and a bit dry, but dont add more liquid unless you have to. Roll into a ball or put in a zip log bag and refrigerate for a little while before eating with a tiny spoon
With my protein powder it came to 267 calories, 24c 6f 29p
(for sense of portion, it ended up weighing 150g when done, which is like 2,5x a std protein bar size)

Yeah its not bad, and it travels well too if you wanted to just wrap it up and take it on the go or something0 -
What kind/flavor protein powder do you use? Can you recommend a good one?0

I've been really into the PEScience Snickerdoodle and Cookies and Cream flavours. Quest protein powders are really good as well. Ive tried some from Cellucor which I didnt really like. I prefer the thicker ones that are usually a casein/whey blend, but just look around, maybe reach out to some companies and ask for sample packs, they might send you some for free to try out0 -
It looks amazing. So trying this!0

Have you tried freezing it? I'm wondering if I could make up several batches worth, freeze them, and then take them out one at a time.
Looks so good...0 -
