I used to weigh a total of 483.8 pounds.
Yes, you heard right..... nearly 500 pounds.
I started losing weight for my health and to prove that I could do it.
Most planned out diets like ' Weight Watchers ' and ' LA Weight Loss ' were quick fixes that had me gaining the weight back after getting too used to the program and their meals!
So I quit them out of flustration!
I started trying to lose weight on my own and it worked for awhile but..... I needed a support network.
So I asked around and alot of said that MyFitnessPal was a great app with a good socail network.
So now at my current weight of 378.3 pounds and hoping to lose more.
I am on this to tell Weight Loss Story.
I hope you enjoyed it and will encourage me to keep going!
Thanks for reading!

I didn't think of myself as inspirational until I came here and saw everyone else reacting to my current weight loss.
So thank you for saying that I inspire you.
It encourages me to keep going.0 -
Fantastic! You give me alot of hope. My uncle weighs about your starting weight. Did you have any weight related complications? He's not allowed to exercise and he has diabetes. What advice would you give someone starting out where you were?0
