Eh, if you don't have reason to watch your cholesterol, giver - in moderation of course lol.
I tend to do 2 egg whites and one whole eggs for my scrambled.
Exactly what I do! Take note its the yolk that has most the vitamins like iron but they both have protein

    Read 'It Starts With Food'.

Then nom those eggs whole and be healthy.

Set up a macro target. That will help you decide what is best for you.

Remember that some vitamins are fat soluble and if you do not eat the yolk (or full fat milk etc) then you are losing out of those nutrients. So make sure you get a fat on your plate that has the nutrition you need.

I know that having just the whites are basically better and that the yolks are full of fat.
    How are the whites better?
    What is wrong with fat?

Yolk it up. I wish I could buy eggs that are purely yolks. Yummmmmm.

Like the one on the left?

It's just that I often read articles that focused a lot more on egg whites but I prefer yolk and was wondering if it made a huge difference to your bottom line if you ate them whole. It seemed a lot of nutrition plans I was reading called for just white or a small ratio of yolks to white. There's nothing wrong with the right kinds of fat in the right dosages, I was just wondering if it was alright to eat that much from eggs in one sitting. I guess it depends on your macros. But I was just asking in general. Wanted some input.

I like both worlds, for scrambled eggs I like to mix. So 1 whole egg, 1/2c egg whites. It ups the protein but keeps fat in check. One egg isn't filling, neither are 2 really. Adding the whites helps make them satiating.
