    Garlic, Salt, & Pepper.

Most recently, I've been adding Shichimi Togarashi to anything and everything. It's Japanese mixed ground pepper spice. Adds a great kick to anything.

Oh man I love and use lots of spices. My favorite blend is paprika, chili powder, onion powder and garlic powder.I also put minced garlic in a ton of stuff. I use to love garlic salt and Saxon seasoning but, I had to start watching my sodium. Only condiments I use are Ranch and sour cream.

Sriracha ketchup! Granted, I always mixed my own stuff instead of buying store bought. But I love both equally so very much I'd pay extra to get it in one.

Salt and pepper are a must. I LOVE Penzey's Spices and they have a premixed seasoning called Arizona Dreaming that is AMAZING. A lot of the spices have low-sodium options too, so if you are new to cooking and want to add more flavor to your dishes, some of those mixes are good places to start!

But seriously, you would be amazed how good things taste with just the right amount of salt and pepper.
