MFP is most helpful when you weigh your food and enter your exercise every day. It's helpful to have an HRM, to have as accurate as possible calories burned data. It's mostly calories in and calories out after that.0

At the Top of most Forums you will see a Discussion with the Words Announcement underneath them. As an example go into the General Diet and Weight Loss Forum.
