I used to eat them but stopped. I hate the plastic trays the food is packaged in and as others stated the sodium is high. I just make my own lunches now and have more control of how much salt is in what I make.0

They are nice because I can actually have a hot meal at work. I just pair them with a salad or veggies of some sort. Just like I would do at home. January has been a great month for sales on healthy frozen foods, so I bought quite a few.0

Here was my frozen lunch today -- so delicious: Good Southwest Eggwhite bowl; 2 good egg whites patties added in (I lifted heavier weights this morning so craved more protein); and steamed in the bag broccoli and cauliflower. I mixed it all together, and it was like a breakfast scramble that fit my protein/carb/fat macros for the meal. Took 5 minutes total to prepare.0
