I'm not hungry or thirsty but I want to eat. I'm already over 300 calories past my quota.

Go out for a brisk 45 minute walk to earn some exercise calories? Drink some hot tea- no calories, hydrates, and makes your stomach feel full briefly?0

Do you know what your maintenance calories are? I would eat them. No harm no foul.0

Thanks guys. Sorry but I caved and ate 700 calories of chocolate. To quote Scarlett O'Hara, "tomorrow is another day..." Pray I get back on course.0
