I'm not hungry or thirsty but I want to eat. I'm already over 300 calories past my quota.

    Go out for a brisk 45 minute walk to earn some exercise calories? Drink some hot tea- no calories, hydrates, and makes your stomach feel full briefly?

    Do you know what your maintenance calories are? I would eat them. No harm no foul.

    Thanks guys. Sorry but I caved and ate 700 calories of chocolate. To quote Scarlett O'Hara, "tomorrow is another day..." Pray I get back on course.

    You will. This is the lifetime of eating, one day out 365 days is hardly a dent.
