I've heard a lot of hype around the Ketogenic diet lately and decided to try it out in hopes of losing a little fat. Looking for buddies doing the same to give some support and guidance.

    Hi! I've done the ketogenic change in the past, and it worked fabulously. I've restarted it, today actually, and is love a keto buddy to commiserate/celebrate with. Let's chat sometime soon.

    I am doing this diet right now myself. There are forums for this stuff on MFP. Search for "keto", or LCHF. If you cant get anywhere with that, message me.
