    English! I understand my great grandparents was Irish. Any ideas on the surname of Sladen? I have only ever known my direct family having the surname of Sladen.

    I suppose some sort of European mix, but I honestly couldn't tell you what. All my grandparents were born in the US, and I think my great-grandparents were too.
