Today I had peanut butter on toast and coffee. Some of my more regular breakfasts are Greek yogurt (sometimes with nuts or other crunchies mixed in), scrambled eggs with veggies, or avocado on toast.

Cooked some oatmeal in water on the stove top (hate microwaved oats) with a little brown sugar. When it was almost done, I whisked in 2 whole eggs until cooked. Then took it off the heat and added a tablespoon of cocao nibs, some blueberries and a tablespoon of butter. It was delicious and kept me full for hours.

An entire container of kale + green tea + scoop of whey.

Prefer the larger meals toward bedtime so I can sleep on a happy stomach.

Today I had peanut butter and jam on a slice of homemade whole wheat bread and cottage cheese with some fruit on it.

I also made my breakfast for the next few mornings, a crustless egg quiche with tons of veggies. I used this recipe but didn't bother satueeing the onions, subbed cottage cheese for the cheddar, halved the milk, only used 6 eggs, and used veggies I had on hand (onions, mushrooms, carrots, shredded broccoli slaw):
