    Many congratulations to you, you look so much fitter and healthier.

    I'm going to make my husband read this. I don't want to nag him into loosing weight, he knows what he has to do but perhaps reading your story will inspire him. He does try, he goes on the stationary bicycle, occasionally. I notice you started out on the stationary bike so this might give my other half belief that if he goes on it more regular, he'll start to see results. Unlike you though, I know for sure he'll never eat salad, calls it rabbit food.
