I would say this is not enough calories for anyone over 5 feet tall. At your weight, you're healthy, so what you really should do (if you're looking for my opinion) is slowly increase calories to where you can maintain, and do some more weight training. Your body will transform and get that 120lb look but you can eat way more.
I weigh train one muscle per day, after 40 min of cardio.

You do what with weight training? Can you expand on that - we might be able to help you get more effective progress

At your height and age with that much exercise yes you should be consuming around 1500 - so your 1200 base plus your exercise calories

Well I have a set of weights at home that goes up to 15 lb and a treadmill that elevates up to 15. I do cardio on the treadmill for 40 min elevating it every 2 min starting at 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 at 3.9. Of course at 15 I have to lower the speed at 3.5 Then after I would work on a muscle. For example yesterday I did legs: 4 x15 lunges with weights / 4 x 15 deadlifts with weights / 4 x 15 squats with weights and 4 x 20 bridges with weights on my hips. Each day is a different muscle. I try to do abs every day as well.

Well the good news is the squats and deadlifts are engaging your core and working those abs better than any isolation work :)

sounds like a decent enough programme so long as you're building in progression that is, so each week as you're fitter you make it a little harder and harder

I'd look to invest in heavier weights and aim to progress there as well if you can - or there are a lot of adaptations you can bring into it in like jumping into and out of squats - using a step, forward and back lunges, walking lunges .. bridges to hip thrusts to one legged, to elevated etc
