I didn't do too bad in January only two snacking evenings after 8pm which is my cut off time.
Now Feb need to see if I can manage the whole month.

Joining this challenge! Since snacking is my "Achilles Heel" this should help me see a little more progress!
1. No weeknight snacking after 9 pm.
2. No weekend snacking after 10 pm.
3. Drink only water after cut-off times.
4. Keep chewing gum handy at all times.

Okay...LNS February goals: No snacking after 8pm on weekdays. No snacking after 10pm on weekends. I am continuing my streak from January LNS which was 31/ 31 days. I will start tonight, so posting will start tomorrow. I'm sending good vibes to everyone!0
