Hi all. I'm starting a low carb diet tomorrow. Any tips please?

I'm doing the same starting today. I lost weight years ago with it, but started back on excessive carbs & gained it back.
If you like eggs, breakfast it easy. For lunch I usually have a huge salad with chicken and cheese in it and use a low carb dressing like ranch. Keep dinner to meats and low carb veggies. For snacks, I would eat cheese or meat in different ways (like flavored cream cheese spread between 2 slices of sandwich meat, then roll that up in a lettuce leaf.
Keep an eye on all the carbs and stay under whatever your limit is for the day. Try to get all you carbs from veggies. Good luck!0 -
My tips would be to do a search on low carb as there are *tons* of existing threads on the subject. Also, you could join the low carb group here on MFP for specific info.

But know that low carb is simply one vehicle some use to reduce caloric intake and therefore lose weight. It is not the only way, nor is it suitable or sustainable for a lot of people.
