What should my weekly goal be?

As of today I have lost 125 pounds (that seems unreal as I see it in type), I would like to lose 30 pounds more, but the loss is becoming slower and more difficult. What should my weekly loss goal look like at this point. FYI I workout at a moderate pace for 40 minutes per day for 6 days per week.

    Less than 1% of your bodyweight per week. If you feel you need a diet break, go to maintenance for a few weeks and then get back to it. When I had 30lb to lose I was losing 2lb/week, but at 30lb to lose I was 205lb.

    Congratulations on the great weight loss!

    I would say that a pound per week should be comfortably doable. One percent per week would be the max I'd aim to lose.
