Parting comment: Brew up a pot of double-strong coffee and add a cup of sugar. Use this as a mopping sauce when you barbeque pork. Something about the sweet, smoke and coffee flavors together that is real good.
I believe it. We had coffee-rubbed steak with some type of smoky sauce at a dinner party once and it was amazing. I have a coffee marinade I've been meaning to try. Coincidentally, I have a pork shoulder in my freezer. Thoughts are brewing...

I didn't like the almond milk creamer- It made my coffee chalky. (I am a coffee snob.)Before the doctor came down on the No Cholesterol line, it was a tablespoon of half & half and two teaspoons turbinado sugar. Now, I use the International Delight creamer (the Sweet Cream is really good.) and save my cholesterol for weekend brunch splurges.0
