    Back for another month - Summer is now in full-swing, so I've raised my goal for this month by 30 miles . . .

    July 1st: 15 miles (*Spin*)
    July 3rd: 2 miles (*Running*)
    July 5th: 21 miles (*MTB*)
    July 8th: 15 miles (*Spin*)
    July 9th: 1 mile (*Drills*)
    July 10th: 15 miles (*Spin*)

    Total (so far): 69 miles

    *Goal for July: 150 miles

    Went to the gym yesterday and smashed my workout with 1.52 miles on the Arc in 30 minutes and 3.75 miles on the stationary bike in 15 minutes!!

    Happy Hump Day everyone! Going to complete Week 4 of my half marathon training in this Oklahoma heat (its uspposed to be 100 degrees today)!! Hydration hydration hydration is the name of the game today!!
