.. this is it for me for July as I am officially on vacation and due to spend the next two days travelling so doubt I will get any miles in between now and the end of the month!
I won't be around on the 1st of August either to sign up for next months challenge so can you put me down for 100 running miles again! I might actually make my target next month.
