And on the point of accepting advice, what's the point of asking if you don't want the help?? Lol shinanagins

Heh. You'd be surprised. There are people who ask what we think of something, and then come right out and say--before anybody has said anything--"no negativity please!!" Translation: Tell me what I'm doing is great, and 100% right. Yeah, that always ends well.

You'd be SHOCKED how often this happens.

Look at some of our post counts - we've been here a while and really do want to help!

You're pretty cool, Becca. Anyone who uses "shenanigans" is alright by me.

Yay for "mean" people and sensible advice being taken in the spirit in which it is given. Enjoy your extra food Becca!

I am so thankful for the solid advice on here - have upped my calories looking for slower weight loss and more sustainability. Has helped so much with the frustration I was starting to get with my much stricter plans in the beginning. I have spent an entire weekend eating out and have stayed within my plans. Very empowering feeling since I have set myself up for easy wins and success instead of failure. Sure I will lose a little slower - but that is so much better than getting overly frustrated and giving up.

Try adding a hard boiled egg, tuna fish or nuts... The protein really keeps me full.
Yes to raw nuts also and maybe eat more fresh fruits and veggies.
Carrots, apples, celery, pears, grapefruit, snap peas etc.
Carrots and celery are really good with the low fat laughing cow cheese.

I have been pleasantly surprised about how supportive the people on this forum are. I posted a thread a few days ago asking if I should lose more weight, and a few of the pictures had my shirt off displaying my loose skin, I received not one single snide comment or remark and every single post was helpful.

Nah. I can see it. If I weren't married it would almost be the easiest way for me to find like minded people. As long as it wasn't in a chit chat "person above you" thread.
