Hello every one.
I'm starting a 4 week squat every day challenge.Apart from squat we also be going to hit our normal routine after it. No Smith machine squats instead putting weight on an actual barbel and free squatting.
8-10 sets with rep range between 10 to 1,going really heavy at last set.
Plzz don't consider it as over training.
If you want to grow, cut, or simply gain strength, Squat Every Day can get you there.

Actually, if you want to grow and gain strength, working the same muscles and groups of muscles on consecutive days is less than optimal...much less.
