Lol, kinda of an oxymoron statement because it's a processed product.

Do you need a preworkout? Many just take it because......well everyone else is. My personal opinion is that if someone is getting adequate rest and meeting their macro/micronutrient needs, then really just a burst or caffeine should do ya. The rest is just hype.

I don't need the caffeine. I have to much energy as it is lol
I'm not interested in an energy boost
I want something to help me lift weights.

I have been struggling for years due to a shoulder injury and I can only bench press 135lbs. I use to life over 200lbs

I'm not interested in steroids or anything illegal. I have no desire to hurt my body or take drugs. But are there no legal supplements to help boost your testosterone or give you a boost when I'm at the gym.

Creatine is about the only thing that is going to help and that help is minimal. It's time for you to invest in a high quality trainer.

BTW, the "itchy" feeling from the product is due to the NIACIN in it and not the Beta Alanine.

I've been using C4 for a while now. Running, lifting, yard work.

While I'm sure you're joking, I will say, I believe many pre-workouts have directions against using them when doing cardio like running, just as an FYI to anyone looking through the thread.

Any suggestions on something to help bulk me up.

I'm not niacin sensitive and products with beta-alanine but no niacin still make me itchy.

If you have a shoulder injury, then IMO you shouldn't be bench pressing. Flat bench pressing isn't great for the shoulders which is why many heavy benchers HAVE shoulder issues.
Redefine your goals: are you just trying to lift heavy weights for ego? Are you trying to improve your physique? Are you trying to improve your strength? If it's strength, then opt for exercisers that strengthen without compromising an injury.

I had surgery over two years ago. I went down to benching 100lbs now I can do 3 sets of 10 of 135lb on my chest days, I've even got one set of 10 of 145! I know it takes time. I recently returned to the gym last February. It's not a big jump but I went from 100lbs to 135lbs on the bench and I feel I'm getting stronger. My should clicks and pops but nothing I can't handle. It would be nice if there was anything I could use to help me focus, feel more testosterone and get a pump for a better maybe alil harder work out.

My trainer has been far from a waste. Investing in training has done more for me than any supplement will ever do. Personalized instruction can help recovery and help you build muscle. You can keep throwing money at supplements in hopes that they will be a band-aid solution or you can fix the problem with one on one training.

    Did you read my post?
I already have a trainer and food and nutrition specialist. Throwing money away on supplements? There's a reason so many guys take supplements at the gym, it's so they get bigger. I think I'd have much more help from body building men, I'm not new to the gym in anyway so I don't need training advice, thank but it's not the help I'm looking to get

I agree with this whole heartedly. After recovering from a shoulder injury myself, a trainer was the best possible decision that I could have made. Over the course of the past year, I've regained all of my lost strength and then some and I couldn't attribute that to any supplement, only hard work, well thought out training plans, and my coach's wisdom/experience.

I already for the second time have a trainer. I am asking a question about supplimwnts. My original post was for CLA and C4. I'm looking for a test booster or perhaps a better pre work out. It doesn't have to even be a test booster, just something for a better longer work out and pump. . If you haven't ever used or know anything about the supplements your not any help.

So your goal is just to then bench more? And just remember, surgery was for an issue with the shoulder. It DOESN'T stop it from happening again. That's why it's not uncommon for someone to retear or reinjure themselves in the same area.
Think about it, the best athletes in the world who come back from surgery AREN'T going to be 100% every again. Why would it different for anyone else? Point is, that you do what your body ALLOWS you to do. And that may mean not being able to do 200lbs in bench press anymore.

One yes but my goals are to become stronger again. I work out 4xs a week with weights. I slowly have been increasing in weight and in proud. However what suppliments do you recommend to help boost my testosterone or to help give me that bigger pump at the gym.

The new C4 formula is weak imo. I use the Beachbody performance line preworkout as has no artificial junk in it.

If you have a shoulder injury, then IMO you shouldn't be bench pressing. Flat bench pressing isn't great for the shoulders which is why many heavy benchers HAVE shoulder issues.

There is no such thing as a test booster that works that is not prescribed by a doctor or illegal.

How do you know. Every try anything?

Because that is how the laws work. Anything that is going to be truly effective at raising test levels is going to become a banned substance in the USA. Anything that is a strong androgen would become considered a regulated hormonal medication.

Creatine is about the only thing that is going to help and that help is minimal. It's time for you to invest in a high quality trainer.

I'm not interested in wast wing money on a trainer.
I have a best friend who's a food and fitness instructor and her boyfriend is a personal trainer. Aside from that I've taken weight training in high school and college, wrestled, played baseball, basket ball and football, so I know plenty of work outs and routines. My problem is my body and the wear and tear it has taken. I'm looking for aomething to help give me that boost. Creatine isn't great, I've tried it and think it's ok, just bloats me with water, I want muscle not water lol

My trainer has been far from a waste. Investing in training has done more for me than any supplement will ever do. Personalized instruction can help recovery and help you build muscle. You can keep throwing money at supplements in hopes that they will be a band-aid solution or you can fix the problem with one on one training.

    CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
    NO BOOSTER
    CLA
    C4
    FISH OIL
    GLUCOSAMINE
THESE ARE ALL SUPPLEMENTS I TAKE
    THEY ARE NOT BANDAIDS LOL

If you already have low test, it would be a doctor's call to prescribe you something.
If you testosterone is normal, there's scant evidence that anything less than doubling normal testosterone and going into supranormal levels will impact performance to a statistically significant amount.
