From 6/11/15 to 9/9/15 my only exercise was walking. Then I started playing WallyBall once a week for an hour and a half on Wednesdays. Then I started playing on Sunday night too. From 6/11 to 9/9 I had lost 83 pounds just by walking everyday and diet change.

You rock! Such a great inspiration! Did you start walking right away? Just curious as my knee pain prevents me from walking.

Bad knee pains was the last straw for me. I could barely function. My job requires me do use a ladder a a lot. It was bad enough being 388 pounds but with my left knee hurting so bad that I couldn't bend it made it even worse. There were some pretty tough walks those first couple of months but I just pushed through the pain. Eventually my legs did stop hurting.

My first walk was a 1/2 mile and it was pretty rough. On my days off I get in around 10-11 miles. 6 in the morning, 3 after lunch, then 2 after dinner. On days I work I do 3 after lunch, then 2 after dinner. On my WallyBall nights I usually don't walk after dinner. I do drink occasionally. Love me some Coney Island Hard Root Beer. No more than one a day though. 180 calories a bottle. :-)
