Accountibilibuddy

I am looking for an accountabilibuddy. I do Zumba 3 times a week, Barre 3 times a week, Tae Bo once or twice a week, and walk daily. It is snowing and cold here. I am in Kentucky.I started this routine 6 weeks ago. So far; so good.

I have been a Weight Watcher member for the last 3 years. I have lost a 100 pounds. I walked 30-60 mins a day while doing this.

    Congrats in your success
    I started WW last July, lost 30 so far w it. I lost 20 before WW.
    I do weight machines 4 times per week for 2 hours, I add exercises such as abs, squats, mountain climbers, walk, jog, etc, after 15 repetitions. After I do 3 times a week a 1 hour water class and 20 minutes slow swimming or water walk in the deep pool, 2 days a week I walk and do exercises in the 3-4 feet deep pool (walk,lounges,jumping jacks etc 20, 1 minute exercises x 2 and 30 to 60 minutes slow walking.

    I do 2 zumba classes per week (modified) and I walk a dog 3/4 miles 5 or 6 times per wk

    What is Barre???

    Barre is a variation of pilates (flexibility strengthen exercises) that is done using a chair or ballet bar. Email me.
