I just put it in my shake now!! But wanted know any recipes on what else I can make with it0

I usually mixed them in my smoothies, I wait until they are thoroughly soaked so they have enough time to expand. Then, I can eat the mix0

You can put it in soup, salads, in smoothies or smoothie bowls, oatmeal or cereal, and home made energy/granola bars and there are so many types of chia pudding you can make from chocolate to chai to strawberry.0

Hi I'm assuming just add strawberries! I make the pudding for like a cereal. I put chopped banana. I put it in my oats with coconut almond milk and bananas. I tried it with coconut yogurt (vegan) and one scoop vibrant greens. You can put it in overnight oats or muesli. Add to smoothies, fruit salad, water, kefir, kombucha, put in pancakes, muffins, breads, cereal, use the gel as egg replacement, Ice cream yogurt, veggie burgers etc.0

Along with the ideas already posted, I use it to thicken gravy

Chia fresca...the traditional way. Lemon- or limeade with chia. Refreshing, delicious, and hydrating on a hot summer day.0
-
I also mix them in my protein shakes and eat Health Warrior Chia Bars.0

I put mine on Greek yogurt with granola and fruit0
-
I add mine to my meal replacement shake, it is a great source of fiber!0
-
I have mine on my porridge in the mornings with berries, nuts, honey and other mixed seeds0
-
I mix it in water, juice of your choice (very little) and leave it in the fridge overnight and drink some daily.0

I also use chia daily in either a pancake or oatmeal and I've used in homemade crackers and 'jam'. Just don't eat them 'raw' - some people can't swallow them and then they expand and may cut off your airway! just saying...
Here's a burger/bean recipe that looks good too:

I just make jam with chia seeds, super easy0

To be honest I sprinkle chia seeds on everything.. Cereal, porridge, in smoothies, with yoghurt and fruit, on ice cream (yep) in salads, works well in tacos too..
As I say.. Pretty much everything gets a sprinkle of chia seeds on it..0
