What is your short term goal for Success

My short term goal. 3 Months.... 20lbs shed. I've got plenty to lose, but want to drop 20 lbs by May 1st, 1st 5K of the year completed, and schedule at least 3 for the year.
My short term goals are:
- logging every day
- finish the couch to 5k program and run another 5k in March or April and beat my last time (did two virtual runs already, walking/running)
- While my end goal is 150 I have no date to rush to- but I'm hoping to see 169 (the lowest I will have been in the last 8 years) by the end of May (which keeps in line with my goals of 1-2 lbs a week).
- After finishing the C25k, but eye is on training for a 10k and then a half-marathon.0 -
5 pounds at a time. Then the next 5 pounds. Any more than that and it can seem insurmountable. So far--61 pounds lost.0
