My original goal was 160 but really I just want to keep going and see how lean I can get for my bachelorette party in July.
I also just started a 7 day detox: http://chadwaterbury.com/how-to-get-ripped-with-food-a-7-day-plan/
I started it on Monday and the last three pics show the progression in my stomach.

I maintain only by reducing what I eat. In the summer my BF and I will walk more, but in the winter I'm very sedentary. No progress pic. I didn't really take them.
Hi I would like to see your picture update if you wanted to send privately. What 5'11 at 150 looks like on you. I would love to be 175 and I thought that was pretty good on me !
I wonder if I should strive for 155 ??
I posted 1 photos on my page - 1 in the black dress I was 148 and it was in 2013. The one in the green shirt and black skirt was last week and I think I'm about 153. Excuse the pasty white skin in the recent one, obviously this winter has been brutal! LOL This girl needs some Vitamin D badly.

I am 5'11" and this week I hit 70 kg (154 lb - 11 stone)! I can scarcely believe it: I haven't weighed 70kg sicne around the year 2000.0

I am 5'11 now (used to be 6') and 50 yrs old. I spent the majority of my adult life between 142 and 145lbs. I went up to 170lbs in the last decade (early menopause), and a new sedentary job. I started MFP in July 2015, took a couple of months off in December and Jan, and now down to 151. I feel and look much more like the "old me" but with a few more wrinkles. I still have a bit of a tummy which I want to lose- so aiming for the 140's, but overall I'm very pleased with my progress. I have a small bone structure so the extra weight just made me look flabby. I'll try to dig up some pictures later.0

I am 5'10"
My highest weight was 285-ish
I am now 166.
I lost lots of the weight about 8 years ago and got down to 170 without any calorie counting or plan, just a general life change. I met healthy people, moved out of my mom's house (she hoards food and eats too much), and learned new ways of being in the world. I learned to love moving my body, and seeing what it could do. I ran trails, did long day-hikes once a week, did yoga all the time for 3 years.
Then I got in stressful situations again, and w/o really realizing it shot back up to 212 in three years.
Then with the help of MFP and being much more aware of my fluctuations, and in a more stable time in my life, I have been between 160 and 179 for the last five years. I am most sexy-feeling at 160-164. I don't want to be smaller, because then I lose my curves, which I love. I love my big luscious booty and thighs. I've got about 4 more lbs to my goal right now, and I'm also REALLY enjoying core and weights training for the first time! I never thought I could get my stretch-mark covered flappy arms to look that good I wear a size 8/10 for pants (which ALWAYS is too tight on my hips and loose around my stomach). I wear a medium in shirts, usually.
So I would say to always stay in-between 155-170 is my goal. I like wiggle room. I like curves with muscle.0 -

Hello!
I'm 5'11"
Starting weight was 302, now I'm down 62 pounds.
Bandages are from gallbladder surgery. I had a tummy tuck to remove a skin apron at 50 pounds lost. My first goal weight is 202 (100 pounds) and my ultimate goal is 180 but that may change when I get there.

I am 5'11" and have a small frame. At some times in my life I have said I have a large frame...but it isn't true. My wrist is only about 6 inches around. I am currently at 156. I fluctuate probably every two years between 170 and 155. I am currently working out and watching MFP and I am at 156. I would like to be 150. My lowest was 145 about 7 years ago but maybe that was too skinny. I am 43 and want to see all my abs just once.... BTW...my Mom is also 5'11" and she weighs about 135 to 140. I think her frame is even smaller than mine, she was 125 130 most of my life..very skinny though.
