    It's pretty amazing. People think that video games makes people lazy, etc etc, but in reality, playing those games was exactly what helped me lose weight. Never knew that the mentality I had in games would help so much in real life. :)

    FITNESS UPDATE!!!


    I've been doing a lot of toning excercises, and I am starting to see results. :)
    I'm between 185lb - 190lb

    My loose skin isn't as bad as I thought!

    I just watched how much I ate, and worked out a lot. My diary is open to the public.

    I must also say, that I've been doing this alone for the most part, and now I have a dietitian to help me make appropriate choices in my eating habits.

    Everything is theoretical until it's applied upon yourself. :)

    A full body picture of myself. I look so much more confident, and feel it too!

    I wear medium/small in shirts now.
    32x32 in pants.

    I also went from a size 13 in shoes to a size 12. :D
