The diet iced tea has a weird aftertaste to me. I prefer trader joe's unsweetened brewed white and green tea.

I just googled leptin diet. I saw enough to confirm its another gimmick. It can't do much harm I imagine.

I like Lipton soups. But for tea, I prefer Rose. (Those little figurines are just the cutest!)

I like Good Earth and Tazo tea. Having some Tazo Chocolate Chai with some sugar free salted caramel torani syrup right now. It's delicious.

I recommend the book Good Earth if you haven't read it already.

    Red Rose FTW!

And Twinings for the flavored variety.

Oops, I just laughed out loud at this! What this an auto correct of "auto correct"?! Funny.

A quick look at their site convinced me not to do it. "Moderate exercise turns on your genes " .... ummmm, no.

canned diets don't work. wish it was a answer you perhaps wished for. You just have to calculate your calorie intake level for weight loss, then log your food and be at or slightly below that intake level. every 20 lbs, recalc, rinse and repeat. there is no substitution for learning how to eat the the proper levels for a lifetime of healthy eating.

Actually that might be the least problematic thing on that site. Exercise does impact gene expression and up and down regulates various genes in your body.
I'm guessing the diet goes on to claim things about mesomorph genes or such from there that gets far further from the truth.

    That is all.
