    I eat alot of protein and that has helped me alot cutting out the carbs. I am hoping to cut bread out all together.

    I suggest you check out the main low carber forum group here in MFP. It's where most of us Ketofiles tend to hang out. In the launch pad / sticky note area, there is a ton of information including links to websites, recipes, blogs, books, etc.:

    Hi, I do more of a moderate to low carb (sometime 100 g sometimes 50) , higher fat and protein depending on days. My diet was motivated by food intolerances for wheat, potatoes,yams .. So I get carbs in fruits and grains like rice,quinoa. What I find works is eating healthy fats like avocado and lots of protein like in eggs . And I feel full all day. There are days I have to force feed myself cause I am not hungry all day. I also exercise a lot ( mostly weight training ) so I give myself carbs mainly after workouts.
