    Last Saturday I was at an event that had unisex restrooms as well as portable toilets, and a thought occurred to me:
    I always put the toilet seat down, cause my momma taught me right. But I am aware lots of guys don't put the seat down. I'm also aware some guys don't put the seat up when they should and aren't all that concerned about where their pee lands. And that's disgusting!
    And it occurred to me that, given that latter fact, it would be preferable that the seat be left up and put down only when you need it. It would certainly remain a lot cleaner that way.
    Which is worse, having to put down a dry seat or having to dry a wet seat before sitting on it? 🤔
    Just a thought.

    When I lived in Brazil and we traveled around the country,
    most of the gas station bathrooms
    (male and female) were a hole in the floor.

    That was my experience as well, in parts of Europe. Some were quite fancy with foot pads and water that flushed around. 😂

    OH, you're talking about toilets! Ick. I can't think too much about it because I'd just have to bathe in sanitizer afterwards.

    Funny, I’ve never encountered anything like that here in the USA,
    some folks just don’t realize how good we’ve got it here.
    imo, it would do them good to experience it.
