    I'm in! This is my first challenge - and a pretty intimidating one at that!, but I'm hoping this will help me stay committed. I've used MFP on and off for years and always have success when I'm using it, so I'm hoping this will get me in the habit for the long run.

    I just had a baby in December and did a much better job keeping the weight gain under control with the second one. I was within 5 pounds of my pre pregnancy weight within a week, but I continued eating like I was pregnant and bounced up over 5 pounds. Since then I've been tracking calories and working out regularly and have seen progress.

    My husband is now working out regularly and tracking his calories all for the first time, so I think that'll help, too.

    GW 165 - that's an exciting number! I don't remember the last time I was under 200!!

    I'm in for sure!!! I have a wedding in September and I have to order my bridesmaid dress no later than August and to loose 50 pounds would be awesome!!!

    I'm going to make a group for us. It will be called 50lbs by August 31st 2016. Please everyone be sure to join it, since a couple of you said it would be easier for everyone to find.
    My Birthday is the end on of August too.
    I'm so excited to see us all meet the 50lb goal together!!!!

    Sure, why not? That's almost 2lbs per week, which is definitely possible. Let's do this! Will you be making a group or will we check in here?

    I've just been focusing on trying to stay below my base calorie allowance and don't eat back activity calories. I had been eating basically the same things most days, but now am having fun mixing it up with lower calorie versions of foods I love (it feels like a fun challenge to make something healthy and make it fit in my calories). I am not sure why this time around has been so easy to stay motivated, but it has been. :+1:
