Just wanted to share what supplements I use and Like.
1. Pre-workout, MP creatine. One scoop
2. During my workout, ON amino fuel. Two scoops
3. Post-workout, muscle milk. Two scoops. I'm going to switch to a powder that is lower in fat. Still nothing bad to say about their product though.

    Thorne Research Whey is the best tasting protein I've had and the stats are sick. No fillers either, so no bloat like I got with other brands.

    No, they all have their place. Creatine helps with muscle performance. Amino fuel is branched chain amino acids, with some added caffeine. It helps me perform at a higher level in the gym, and helps with muscle recovery. Two scoops of muscle milk is only 32 grams of protien. My goal for the day is 200. They are supplements, just like I take a multi vitamin.
