I seriously still think I look the same as I did 11 lbs ago. I know, I know. 11 lbs isn't a lot, but it's taken a lot longer than anticipated to lose. While it's not much and has taken forever it seems, there is actually a bit of difference in measurements and pictures.

July 11, 2015 vs Mar 6, 2016 (told ya it took awhile...seriously wasn't kidding):

Measurement Changes:
Neck: 13.25 -> 13
R Bicep: 10.75 -> 9.5
R Forearm: 9.25 -> 8.75
Underbust: 31.5 -> 29.5
Waist: 28.75 -> 26.75
Abdomen @ Belly Button: 32 -> 30.75
Hips: 39 -> 36
R Thigh: 22 -> 20.5
R Calf: 14.25 -> 13.25

Now, the ultimate question is do I try recomp, see if losing a few more changes anything, or maintain for now and start a bulk next winter....

    Do a recomp for several months. Then evaluate.
