How do young guys put on so much muscle these days?

Came across this chap on Instagram... he's only 21.
WTH?
Not that it's my goal to get that big but I reckon it would take me at least 10-15 years, if it were to happen at all, to put on that much muscle.
Is there a secret I don't know about beyond just eating more food?

Also funny how his squats are only 10 lbs heavier than his bench. Skips leg day?
Notice the pic is upper body only?0 -
Oh I know he isn't natty. Lol. Just think the half natty is funny. Impressive regardless.0

I didn't notice the comma. That weight was also bench. His squat weight is cut off. Sorry didn't edit that comment out fast enough lol0 -
Maybe only his upper body is juiced and his legs are natty0

That's also LolBroScience lifts. Not the guy in the pic. It's a screen capture from Instagram. Google Matt Ogus. He doesn't skip leg day. Lol0 -

The guy in the first pic is on HGH or steroids. That's Matt Ogus in the second pic. He definitely squats more than 220. His physique is achievable without drugs.0

Eat clen, tren hard, anavar give up.
The problem is so few people on steroids will admit to using it, due to the stigma. So it leaves the average person oblivious to what is truly natty (natural), and what is not.
To see what is achievable natty, you have to look back to when they did not have roids. Eugen Sandow is the grandfather of bodybuilding. His chest is a little lacking due to the lack of bench press back in the day (big chest was thought to be for women, and thus un-manly on a man).
Another way is to look at people who are open about their steroid use. They will post a picture of what they were before they went on the gear, vs after.
Here is a great video of Natty VS Enhanced (Steroids)
Remember, people will swear on their mothers that they are not using steroids (i.e. Mike O'Hearn, or "Natty" O'Hearn as people like to call him) because their livelihood is selling an image that is supposed to be obtainable through just hard work and diet. Anyone who is in the fitness industry long enough knows this game.
Same for all top athletes... imagine the difference between making millions a year vs 0 is taking PEDs (performance enhancing drugs)... Everyone here, including myself, would hop on gear right away! It's just society that is not yet caught up and familiar with the level of doping that is common in all of our top athletes.0 -
Everyone always says someone is natty cause they have an awesome physique. It's annoying, cause this is easily attainable without drugs. He's not oversized, just has a solid muscle foundation and is lean? Hard work paired with good genetics, and also being young with high test levels is a perfect combo for this physique.0

Why? His stomach? He's doing a vacuum.0 -

What makes you think the guy on top looks more like he juices than that matt guy??? The "half natty" the physique on top is definitely more attainable than matts naturally. Matt is super full as well as vascular and leeeeean as heck, definitely enhanced.0 -
Does anyone have a set meal plan that has a high calorie intake? I'm 5'8, 158 pounds, and have a lean(mainly skinny, imo) build to me. I'm in the gym at least 5 days a week but see little to no gains. Any tips or meals that can help me pack on some pounds? I also want to at least weigh about 185.0 -

This is an interesting article by Eric Helms on what can be achieved as a natural bodybuilder. My favorite part is page 3 quote about how it would be interesting to see the productive output of baseball players on steroids circa 1945. I am sure most have read this article.

He's doing an ab vacuum (sucking it in). It wouldn't look anywhere near the same if his abs were relaxed.0 -
