Calorie burn question

I have a Gazelle Supreme that I use when I don't walk outside. The machine says that I burn about 600 calories in an hour, which I know is likely estimated to be high. I usually log these calories as 200 burned, hoping that I'm only logging a fraction (to eat) of what I actually burn. I was just wondering if this seemed like a reasonable amount to log.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Most people eat back half of the calories a machine says.0

Keep good track of calories in and tweak the calories out, if need be, up or down. So I'd start with half of what it says.0
