Any Lchf threads/buddies out there?!

Hi there. I'm 47 with a lovely husband and v energetic 5 yr old boy! Add a springer and lab to the mix and a stressful job and you'll find a lady that loved her wine and crisps/chips far too much! Middle aged spread has been on massive increase bringing me to 276 lbs. Been on and off all sorts of diets but find lchf suits me best. Any Lchf buddies out there to swap tips and recipes etc would be great. First time trying a support group/community. Usually go it alone but need some incentive! All chatty people welcome!
