What's one meal that you really like? Also a good way to see what everyone's eating and get some new ideas before the same meals gets tiresome.

Right now I enjoy my ground turkey sandwich

3.7oz 95% fat free ground turkey pattie
Arnold's 100 calorie wheat bran and fiber round bread
diced red/green/yellow peppers and onions
mustard
ketchup
sometimes with swiss

about 295 calories...225 if i go cheeseless.

    Yoplait Greek Yogurt Whips with fresh strawberries and blueberries <3 Between 120-150 calories, depending on the fruit.

    Grilled chicken or fish tacos! With chopped cabbage, cilantro, and onions... Drizzled with fresh squeezed lime juice and wrapped in a freshly baked corn tortilla.

    Baked salmon & asparagus with ancient grains rice medley!

    Egg white scramble with sautéed mushrooms, ground turkey & chives on dave's killer good seed bread...

    Greek vanilla yogurt with diced dates and granola.

    Grilled chicken fillet with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese, sautéed mushrooms and cauliflower mash.

    Spinach, strawberry, walnut and goat cheese salad, with lite raspberry vinaigrette.

    I can't stand normal greek yogurt - it's awful. The whipped is different - promise

    I learned to eat cottage cheese with tomatoes. Then I branched out to cucumber and bell pepper and eventually broccoli. Because of this, the idea of cottage cheese with fruit has always really put me off. But the other day I cut up a granny smith apple and put it in my cottage cheese, and it was delicious!

    Have you tried more than one brand? I really like Tillamook's blueberry or raspberry greek yogurt, but almost every other brand is disgusting to me. Except Chobani makes this vanilla yogurt that comes with chocolate chips and peanuts and peanut granola. That's delicious too!

    Vegan pad Thai. I put tons of vegetables in it to replace the meat and it was incredible!

    Home-cooked cheeseburger with french fries, I had it about once-twice a week during my weight loss journey, kinda on the not so healthy side, though. My favorite more healthy meal would probably be protein pancakes, but it was still rather high in calories.

    can't go wrong there and there's just something about chicken on the grill vs baked in oven.

    I really like hard boiled eggs mixed with cottage cheese sort of like a healthy egg salad I've also developed a taste for smoothies with protein powder

    Protein pancakes...mmmm... But I also like swordfish. In all honesty tho, I've been eating this stuff even before the weight loss journey. As for the pancakes, it was out of necessity cuz regular pancakes gave me serious low energy crash.

    I love veggie scrambles. I use 2 eggs, baby spinach, green onions, sliced mushrooms, sweet peppers and sometimes a tablespoon of grated parmesan. So yummy.

    Soup, such as Thai coconut curry soup with chicken, yucca, carrots, and mushroom.
    Lots of protein and veggies in a filling broth.
    Yummy and filling.

    Can anyone tell me. How to make Greek Yoghurt @ home. I am from India. We don't find Greek Yoghurt in stores.
